Can I just do one of the days?
To attain full certification, both days are required. If you only want to learn the polishing aspect or the heavier sanding aspect, we would recommend either our Foundation Machine Polishing or Professional Paint Sanding courses, which we can focus on using entirely FLEX tools, and issue a FLEX one-day certificate. We do caution that, to complete the sanding day, candidates MUST have existing competence in machine polishing technique. If a sanding day is purchased and you don’t have the relevant skills you will gain little from the day as it builds on existing knowledge. If you’re not sure – give us a call!
Will you only train me on the machine I’ve purchased?
No — the whole point of Flexxpert training is getting you on every machine in the FLEX range, not just the one you own. That said, there’s plenty of time during the day to focus on your specific machine and make sure you’re fully comfortable with it. Just let your instructor know which one you have, or bring it along!
Can I bring a friend?
Yes — any additional attendees just need their own course place booked. Your NEW-FLEXXPERT discount applies to those places too, so if they’re also new FLEX owners, they can use it at checkout. We can’t accommodate non-attendees on site during sessions, so only those booked on the course can stay for the day.
Can I purchase equipment on the day?
Usually, yes — and your Flexxpert discount can be applied to any FLEX equipment purchased on the day, too. Worth bearing in mind if there’s a machine on the range you want to try before you buy.
