Designed for detailers wishing to enhance the reach of their business, market themselves correctly, and get direction on where to start, Business and Marketing is perfect for existing or fledgling companies who want to step back and assess their operation, marketing, and customer targeting, perhaps due to a downturn in volume, or just to refresh the company approach.
The course is a one-day private session spent running through what areas have he potential to be addressed and how to achieve it, a follow-up annotated document laying out objectives and a potential timetable of aims, and an optional 30-minute call in the following month to address anything supplementary needed, in addition to our usual ongoing support we give all our attendees – a complete package.
Together, we look at your existing business from image, marketing, customer demographic and marketability angles, analysing the services offered, seeing where you can tweak marketing strategies and online presence to appeal to your desired customer base, taught by a team with experience in detailing and qualifications in digital marketing, who know the industry and customer base inside and out.
The primary goal is to help candidates evolve their company into a more efficient, sustainable and profitable enterprise without compromising on the quality of services provided.
Areas of focus can include:
- Customer Analysis- Who are the customers you want? How do you access them, and how do they find you? What services should you offer them?
- Online Presence- How do you make social networks work for your business? How do you optimise your website to ensure it ranks on Google searches?
- Business Presentation- How do you present your services to potential clients? What impression do clients get from your business appearance and profile?
- Customer Retention- How do you build long-term relationships with customers? How do you create a stable base of regular work without compromising?
- Business Management- How do you reduce the time wasted with no-shows and bad payers? How do you manage your time efficiently between your different roles as a business owner?
Prior to the course, we will send you a questionnaire to return, so we can spend more time on resolutions rather than questions.
The course is structured so that the above areas and more can be covered during the day for a broader course. However, being a bespoke day we can focus on areas of particular interest or relevance to the attendee.
By the end of the day, you will have a clearer plan of where your business is going, what potential changes you can implement, and how your business will get where you want it to go, and some tangible objectives will be set out for the following three months to give you a structure to work from.
