In November 2024, we launched something new and exciting – and frankly, different from what anyone else was doing, giving away free Detailer Training opportunities to enhance business, skill or service knowledge.
The Friday Sessions are a unique opportunity for detailers to learn vital skills and gain insight into areas of the industry that directly affect their day-to-day work. All completely free of charge.
Run monthly, they are small group sessions, in person for hands on learning and an opportunity to try new skills and ask questions.
They cover a broad range of topics and are hosted either by UKDA trainers or guest speakers who are able to give greater detail on specialist subjects.
In the past, session hosts have included

- Cordless battery technology – Flex Tools
- Correction systems – Rupes Polishers
- Customer Conflict Resolution – PVD trade association
